Return costs

When returning a product via Bpost, you pay the shipping costs yourself. If you come to exchange in the store in Ghent, it is completely free.

 

Will I get my money back?

As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will refund the amount paid within 30 days.

 

Return an item

This is possible in our store in Ghent, within 14 days of delivery. First announce your exchange by telephone on 32 (0) 9 225 09 65 or by e-mail to info@cooremetershuys.be. Only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, invoice and return form can be exchanged. Discounted items cannot be returned.

Within 14 days after delivery, you can also return articles via Bpost to Het Cooremetershuys, Graslei 12, 9000 Ghent. Notify us of this return by e-mail at info@cooremetershuys.be or by telephone on 32 (0) 9 225 09 65. When returning via Bpost you pay the shipping costs yourself. After receiving the return shipment, we will refund the amount paid within 30 days. Only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging can be taken back.
